The story of this wine
Except in the classical champagne-making, non-vintage wines have often been seen negatively in the past - cheap table wines made with little complexity and any reference to its terroir. But inspired by Ouverture, also a non-vintage wine and the little sister of the infamous Mondavi & Rothschild’s Opus One, we decided to escape these traditional rules and create a Grand Cru purely after our taste. Bold? We believe so. Proudly we present a Cuvée out of three grapes, from two consecutive vintages, from which 60% has been aged in oak barrels for a year. A light red wine, perfect for an introduction to a party, still containing the Lavaux depths.
