Non-Vintage? Indeed. A daring mix of four grapes, from two consecutive years with the ultimate intention to create a one-in-a-kind Grand Cru. Partly aged in Oak barrels for one year adding complexity and depth. It boasts an appealingly intense red colour and surprises with its strong fruitiness, which makes it a wine ideal for enjoying when young but also perfect for laying down a bit.
Grapes grown from some of the most prestigious lands in the surrounding region of Vaud and sorted optically. Planted by hand. Harvested by hand. Bottled by hand.
