Pairing

It goes particularly well with soft cheeses, a quiche or ham in crust, but also sausages and grilled fish. Over time, the agreement will be perfect with a rack of beef with thyme, hash browns and tomatoes.

Tourmaline will start to ship in May 2023. The customers delivery address must be located in Switzerland. Deliveries are not made on weekends and official national or cantonal holidays. The estimated delivery is three business days.

All orders containing two or fewer bottles will incur a shipping cost of CHF 12. On orders of three or more bottles, shipping is included.
