To produce our harmonious blend of 95% Pinot Noir and 5% Gamay grapes. We employ the minimal skin contact method of the Côtes de Provence. The grapes are gently crushed at 8°C to create a balanced and elegant wine.

Appearance

Youthful, bright/vivid pale-salmon.

Nose

An ascent of grenadine fruits – raspberry, redcurrant, blackcurrant, and strawberry. Upon sitting – wafts of cherry jam.

Palate

Inviting, exotic.
Balanced, with an overt freshness - crispness up-front, and a delicate dosage imprint on finish. Relaxed acidity, friendly effervescence. Subtle mandarin and raspberry fruits impact immediately – over a flavor base of strawberry with pepper.

Finish

The fruity profile, matched with a slight fizz, balance together to create complexity and a burst of freshness.

The customers delivery address must be located in Switzerland. Deliveries are not made on weekends and official national or cantonal holidays. The estimated delivery is three to five business days.

Sapphire is a premium Rosé that you can enjoy from midday to midnight. Inspired by the minimal skin contact methods of the Côtes de Provence, we suprised the Swiss market with the first 2020 vintage, offering exceptional light color and delicacy.
